Kayla is the founder of 11one Ministries and brings 18 years of ministry experience to the table. She has worked in a variety of settings, including churches, camps, schools, and leadership organizations. Kayla is an established writer and speaker, with her work being featured with Lifeway, YM360, Christ in Youth, Young Life, and numerous churches and schools.
She is passionate about following Jesus wholeheartedly and inviting others to do the same. A disciple maker to the core, Kayla thrives on conversations that inspire people to change the world by discovering their God-given identity and purpose. She recently joined the Maxwell Leadership Team and is using those resources to develop leaders and add value to everyone 11one Ministries serves.
Through understanding and embracing her own calling, 11one Ministries was born.
